Are items true to size?

All items are true to size unless otherwise specified. Level B Boutique will denote any item that is believed to have less stretch. Also, each item will have the models height, weight, and bust size to give you an realistic view of sizing.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

How often are new arrivals posted?

New arrivals are received daily, items are posted to the website as they are inspected for quality.

Can I return or exchange my merchandise?

No. All items are final sale in response to COVID-19. Please see Exchange/Return Policy.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is 3-7 business days. Items ordered by 3PM CST will be shipped out on the same business day. Orders received after 3PM CST will be shipped out on the following business day. All tracking numbers will be sent to the email address on file within 24 hours. Our warehouse is located in Dallas, Texas, so all orders will ship out from this location.

I live local, can I pick up my order the same day?

Yes! If you live in the local area and you would like your item the same day as your purchase, you may schedule a same day pick up!
